Patty and Chips (patty is sage and onion fried in batter in a breadcake.....a breadcake is a burger bun), its a Hull thing where I am from, proper greasy and dirty but we love it lol0

Thai food or Vietnamese food...only because of the sodium which I'm supposed to watch very closely with my hypertension. Other than that, I don't consider any particular foods to be good or bad...all in my calorie goals and macros and I'm fine.0

This is the best attitude, imo. It's best to figure out how to eat the foods you love in a healthy way, rather than feeling guilt over enjoying yourself.0 -

Agreed. I don't have "cheat" foods and I don't have "cheat" days. Why would I? I'm not going to cheat myself on anything...why would I do it with food..lol. If it fits in with my calorie goals and macros...and it is in moderation....go me0 -
