Hello I am 41 years old-5' 7" and started out on this site a week ago weighing in at 166 lbs. It has only been 7 days and I lost 1.4 lbs, Woo Hoo! Looking forward to getting stronger, leaner, and eating more healthy week by week.

    I said the same ting. I love the tracker and how it tells me how much fat etc.. I have eaten.. It works as long as you log in and do not try to decieve yourself. What is your wieght loss goal? Keep going and mark off the days as accomplishments!

    Hello - 11 days new to this site and I love it too. Ive been going to the gym since October 2011 and have been working hard but was not really tracking calories. This site is great! Hoping to find some friends for daily motivation :glasses:

    Yes the tracker is great I really need to buckle down on makng better food choices. I started out at 166 lbs my goal is to lose 30 lbs. I have already lost 1.4 lbs after 10 days :-)
