SICK DAY

i got real sick yesterday and lost my lunch. (i think it was salmonella poisoning from the tomatoes.) i didn't eat for the rest of the day, which makes my total calories for the day like 500 (if i count my lunch, which i lost, so it's more like 200). is this really bad? should i have eaten? is my body in starvation mode now?
in short - if you get sick and then get right back on the wagon, can you expect to lose weight normally like all the other weeks?
thanks!

it isnt bad, just eat what you can, and when you have your appitiet back start logining your calories again. it is like you got a free and easy cleanse, its actually good to cleanse the body every so often.
