what should I do!?
My goal is to work up to a fitness level where I am able to do insanity. and I thought I had my route there planned but now I am questioning myself. My plan was as follows;
-Bootcamp
-30 Day Shred
-Ripped in 30
-6 week 6 pack
-Insanity
The bootcamp is done, and I just did day2 level1 of the shred. Im not going to lie, I broke a sweat and also enjoyed it but once it got to the end I felt a bit like 'oh, is that it?' (and thats with the tail end of a cold) so Im thinking I need to ramp it up a bit as my goal is to build on my fitness, not take a step back.
I would find it mind numbingly boring to just do it twice over each day so Im not even going to ask if thats a good plan. Has anyone done 30DS and ripped in 30 back to back on the same day to any degree of success? Any other ideas?
If I thought I was fit enough I would just jump straight into insanity, but after over a year of barely any exercise healing a messed up ankle I want to be sure that I dont have to modify all the moves to a ridiculous degree before I start! If im going to do it, I want to do it right!

Forget 30 day shred and get Body Revolution. it's 90 days and you train 6 days a week doing 3 workouts twice each during each week and they change every 2 weeks so there are 15 different ones in total.
I am on week 4 now and weeks 1&2 were quite easy but 3 & 4 are much harder. You will use 2-3 different sized weights and i have watched some of the later workouts and it gets harder still. You don't get bored either.0
