    1. My Polar FT4 Heart rate monitor. It inspires me to work my butt off.

    2. Clothes & shoes! Under armour bras, shirts, pants and a jacket. I can't stand to be soaking wet, then freezing cold! It also stops chafing. I got fitted for Brooks running shoes, custom orthotics from my Podiatrist and I buy awesome synthetic running socks from Walmart. I couldn't do what I do without them.

    3. I use my treadmill a lot & I've had it for years, so I'll say my gym membership that I just started last week!

    1. Paying to join a 3month fitness challenge at my gym (only 3 wks in and I can tell you it will be the BEST investment I've ever made)
    2.. xylitol - can't give up my one cup of sweet coffee in the morning!
