can I leave out the sugar?

i would just use the sugar... its really not that much. using too much honey might throw off the texture and make it too sticky and not set up well.0

I don't think honey sets up quite the way brown sugar does. I would use it because I don't think it will crisp up the way brown sugar does.0

Thank you!0

I don't know if it's too late to say anything, but Splenda makes a brown sugar mixture if you'd be interested. Unless, of course, that's what you're already using0

be careful of Splenda and other artificial sugars:

Yes, be careful with artificial sweeteners, but try to source info from credible sources as well:

There's really not a lot of difference between honey and brown sugar, nutritionally speaking.0

I would leave out the sugar and just use the amount of honey called for. They will be a little less sweet, but still good.0
