When you eat them, how do you eat them? With salt? With some other seasoning?0
-
Cut them in half lengthwise
Add 2-3 drops of soy sauce to each half
A squirt of Sriracha sauce
And sprinkle with furikake (a Japanese seaweed seasoning)
SO. GOOD. Satisfies the salty, umami craving without many extra calories!0 -
Love them plain, also like to make omelettes with salsa yum!0

I mush them up, add a little mayo (light of course) and little mustard and use it as a dip for my veggies...fill a celery stalk with it....yummy!!!

Cut it in half the long way, remove the yolk very carefully. Pour some vinegar in the little hole and put the yolk back on top. A small shake of salt and some pepper and put the whole half in your mouth.

So after reading this post, I was inspired to make some hard boiled eggs. I tried to make a mayo-free egg salad and it turned out ok...but then I found this recipe! Haven't tried it yet but it sounds fantastic!
