    a good peanutbutter to mix with protein is pb2 its a powder so it mixes really well

    I use almnd milk some ice and jello sugar free choc pudding mix, about a tablespoon and blend. You can add peanut butter if you want something more robust.

    Water is my choice. A shake mixed with water isn't necessarily the yummiest, most delicious treat in the world, but it tastes good enough to drink it, which is all I really need. If I'm drinking a protein shake, it's to help me hit my protein macro - I don't add a bunch of other stuff in there to jack up the carb and fat counts. If I want carbs and fats, I'll save those calories and have a PB&J sandwich with it instead.
