line down the centre of the stomach??

I have a line that goes from in between my ribs to the bottom of my stomach. I've been working out my stomach a lot and eating right, but obviously I know a toned stomach will only show when I get rid of my belly fat.. I've still got a bit of jiggle there though, but was wondering what the line is that has started to show up?
