    My heaviest was right after my little boy was born which was 4 years ago. I would yo yo up and down losing and gaining back 10-15 lbs. I got serious about a year ago after seeing the pic of me and my two sisters-in-law and made up my mind to change. I started out on WW but I think $20.00 a month is a big much with MFP is free and easier to use in my opinion. I like the support here. I walk 5-6 miles per day as well as my kettle bell workout. I need to do more honestly since I still do have 35 more pounds I want to lose.

    You guys are so kind and generous with your compliments. I am so thankful for my supportive family. My husband is the greatest and has been so understanding since I've been on the weight loss journey. He doesn't complain about the suppers I cook when we have grilled chicken instead of fried potatoes. lol He bought us a treadmill when the weather here in KY got too cold for me to walk outside. You must have a support system. I keep hoping that he will get on board and lose some weight himself but I realize it is a personal decision and as long as he is supportive then I am thankful for that.

    If I am an inspiration to any of you I am glad to be. It has been difficult at times but the effort is so worth the payoff. I am here to help any of you if you need advice or have any questions please feel free to ask. Feel free to add me as a friend as well.
