200 QUADRUPED HIP EXTENSIONS (100 on the right and 100 on the left)
These are great for toning up your rear-end! You can do these without any weights, throw on an ankle weight if you have them, or place a dumbbell (or even a can of vegetables) behind your knee.

If you want to put it in as cardio, you could probably add it as "calisthenics". If you want to add it to strength, you have to add it as a new exercise.0 -
