I'm in, but could only do 25 on each leg first set. Feeling like such a weakling compared to you studs. How the HELL could anybody do 100 on each leg at one sitting?? Not me, YET.0

200 QUADRUPED HIP EXTENSIONS (100 on the right and 100 on the left)
These are great for toning up your rear-end! You can do these without any weights, throw on an ankle weight if you have them, or place a dumbbell (or even a can of vegetables) behind your knee.
Here’s how to do them http://exercise.about.com/od/exerciseworkouts/ss/bestbuttexercis.htm
Post once to accept and be sure to come back and brag once you’re finished!
Oh, BTW? I'm in! I'll check back in later tonight0 -
done! what's the handicap for a 3 year old climbing on your back while doing it? :laugh:0
-
I'll give it a try!0

Done, thanks for the challenge!0

Awesome job everybody. Not sure what the handicap is when you've got a 3-year-old climbing on your back... But I'm gonna say you get major points for extra degree of difficulty. I used a 5-lb dumbbell today. My 3-year-old, on the other hand, weighs 30 lbs!0
-
Done. And a little sore too!0
-
I'm IN!!! Should be interesting!
I taught a cardio class tonight, so not only did I do them ... I had the entire class doing them with me! Little did they know they were helping me out! Great mini challenge, thanks!0 -

-
in and done. Thanks for that!0
-
