February Calesthenics CHALLENGE

CHALLENGE: Alright ladies and gents....there are only 22 days left this month (and I HAVE to really make this month count!!). I say it is time for a new challenge. I am in the "walk 50 miles in February challenge" but I need to add to it. How about a challenge of calisthenics??? I am going for something small to get me started. I am thinking 50 a day of jumping jacks, squats, lunges, overhead claps (brutal bootcamp punishment), and sit ups. These 250 minunum moves shouldn't take more than 5 minutes out of our day and we can do them when we get up, before bed or anytime in between. And if there is one or more of these types of moves that you can't do, then just double up on one of the moves that you can do. Who is with me???????

    How is everyone doing on this challenge? I have done them every day (except for one day :( The sit ups have been killing my stomach muscles. Yesterday I did 350 moves instead of 250 and I plan to do 350 again today. Have been incorporating some additional/different calisthenics moves in.

    Feel free to do whatever moves you want.....just do at least 250 and try to work more than one body area! Good luck!
