    I'm in, but could only do 25 on each leg first set. Feeling like such a weakling compared to you studs. How the HELL could anybody do 100 on each leg at one sitting?? Not me, YET.

    I did 50 on my right then 50 on my left and repeated. Your not a weakling your doing great!

    Yesterday was leg day, so I'm sure this is going to hurt, but I'm in.

    200 QUADRUPED HIP EXTENSIONS (100 on the right and 100 on the left)

    These are great for toning up your rear-end! You can do these without any weights, throw on an ankle weight if you have them, or place a dumbbell (or even a can of vegetables) behind your knee.

    Thank you SO much for this challenge, I need to burn off some steam! I did hit the gym for a couple hours but then had to deal with a store employee while out looking for swim suits. So........ this will feel great emotionally as well, when I kick her every time I do kickbacks! :laugh: Ahh it's the little things that we can play with in our mind that make a workout feel even better!:bigsmile:

    Awesome job everybody. Not sure what the handicap is when you've got a 3-year-old climbing on your back... But I'm gonna say you get major points for extra degree of difficulty. I used a 5-lb dumbbell today. My 3-year-old, on the other hand, weighs 30 lbs!

    I taught a cardio class tonight, so not only did I do them ... I had the entire class doing them with me! Little did they know they were helping me out! Great mini challenge, thanks!
