I found this pic yesterday, and it literally took my breath away. I think this is the first time I have looked at a picture and actually realized how heavy I was. It was taken by one of my employees on my 40th birthday, 2 years ago:
I can't post it without posting a more recent one though. This one was taken a few months ago, and I am down about 20 pounds from this point:

In 2010 I was 210lbs, I made it down to 150lbs by 2011.
Between April 2012 and November 2012 I've put back 30lbs. Currently weighing in at 174lbs.0 -

This is me in august of 09 taking my oldest daughter to college... when I saw this picture I was blown away by just how HUGE I looked. At this point I was around 290.

I literally just took some! I have been losing weight slowly and steadily for a while. I don't weight myself very often, so no idea what I actually currently weigh, but I'm currently in UK size 16-18 trousers and 10-12 tops.0
