Just wondering if you have been doing this diet:
1) what your diary looks like?

Mine's open - I am doing the 5:2 fasting plan0

I do 20/4 IF and I have my diary broken up into two meal names, "fasted" and "fed". Fasted is where I log a cup of tea or coffee before 7pm. The calories are pretty minimal because I try to follow the guideline of no more than 10 calories per hour to keep insulin and glucose levels at baseline.
My results have been fantastic. I've lost fat, gained muscle, increased strength, increased mental alertness, and stabilized energy levels. I just feel better overall, too.0 -
