For me, recording 15 min of 'circuit training' works out about right, plus or minus some depending on my effort level.0

I do 30DS too, I just started level 2 and I seriously think that bit%$ is trying to kill me, LOL. I always log it as circuit training, general. Generally, I don't eat back my exercise calories anyway but I still like to "see" them. Feel free to add me if you need some friends!0
