Help me Decide...

Sunday I did elliptical, Monday and tuesday I ran, yesterday was a rest day and I ate TOO much pizza so I feel I need a good workout. Should I just Run my butt off again to help burn those massive calories I consumed or does it even matter since it was yesterday?? LOL

    Hi there- do you have any weights or do any strength training? I'd still work out, but if you prefer to the elliptical or running, I'd do some type of interval training. Good luck!
