And what it is supposed to do?
  • I saw it on DR.OZ a natural fat burner.

Not new at all. It's another useless, rip-off diet scam that gets discussed here in a new thread pretty much every day. If you do a search, you'll find plenty of previous threads here about it.

I've tried it, and I liked it. I don't take it consistantly, because I drink too much coffee, and it will give you the shakes if you take it with coffee. I got the stuff from Walmart, didn't order it online, but it does give me energy. Can't say it's a miracle weight loss pill, though. I think it helps suppress my appetite a little, but not like they say on Dr. Oz. I do say it's worth a try, though. It was only $5 at Walmart. It might work better for you, if you take it consistantly, and are not a coffee-aholic, like me. Lol.

Around here saying Dr. Oz will get you in trouble. He's well known, once you read good material, to not be entirely truthful in terms of healthy advice. He seems to be more into promoting products.

Exercise is teh best natural fat burner. End of story.

The word "quack" comes to mind.
  • OK thanks,i never watch dr.oz lol i decided to watch it because nothing else was on.I should of known it was bs.Back to work.
  • If you want a good natural weight loss aid, get so,e quality green tea :) Or even better, raw cocoa nibs. Both things are extremely healthy(and not fattening).

Dr. Oz is a quack and nothing he advocates should be taken seriously. For energy, this is a good go to but not for a supplement that will "burn fat". There is no secret pill or diet for lasting wieght loss. The only *GOOD* way to lose weight and sustain the loss is to change your intake and become more active. Anything outside of these parameters is bound to reveal a requirement for yoyo dieting which is unhealthy. There are very few acceptions to this rule (ie, some medical conditions make it damn near impossible to lose weight but if loss happens sustaining the loss is easier than for most)
