    Married? Most days, unless I'm ticked at the guy, then I tquestion my state of mind when I married.

    Kids? Yep, three girls. Two teenagers and a 9 year old.

    Goal weight: 155 (140 would be GREAT, but I'm a realist)

    Favorite exercise: Martial arts. I love to kick butt...at least to give the IMAGE of kicking butt.

    Least favorite exercise: Running. I just will not do it. I'll power walk, but running? Nope. Did enough of that in the military, thank you very much.

    Pets? A dog, two cats, a snake, ducks and pigeons.

    Calorie goal: 1400, but if I can keep it to 1500 each day, then I consider it a red letter day.

    Special dietary needs: Food. Can't live without it.

    How often do you work out? Daily.

    Current program you're using: Program? It's called "get off my tushie." Works very well.

    Best workout song: Metal and lots of it. Anything from In This Moment to Hinder. Buck Cherry, Saving Abel, Nickelback, I love it all.

    Worst workout song: Anything NOT hard.

    In the gym or at home: Whenever and wherever I can, at least 20 minutes a day minimum.

    Outdoors or indoors: Indoors mostly.

    Heaviest lift: Not to the lifting part just yet.
