great low calorie treat

Lately I have been finding new ways to enjoy fruit.
I take a cup of sugar free soy slender, one bananna, sprinkle of cinnamon, and about 5 ice cubes in a blender. This has the same consistancy as a shake, and OMG is it good. This makes about 2 1/2 cups in my blender, so I split in half and its about 118 calories and virtually no fat!

Thanks for sharing the recipe! Lately I have been "baking" one cookie at a time in the microwave. It helps to reduce the temptation to eat more than I should when they are fresh from the oven. I use a silicone bowl and place a heaping tablespoon of cookie dough from the refrigerator in the bowl. (snack size bowl) Cook it on 50% power for 1 minute.
  • last night i was trying to think of a new way to enjoy a cucumber without dipping it ranch (has always been my go-to dressing and i love to dip EVERYTHING in it.) so i ended up putting them in a pan and heating them up and tossing on a tiny amount of garlic salt. sounds weird, but they ended up tasting somewhat like a potato/potato chip. LOVED it. ate a whole cucumber, felt very satisfied, and was maybe 40 calories!

1 small pkg sugar free fat free cheesecake pudding mix (100 cals/box)
1 cup 30 cal. Almond milk (I use Silk)
Whisk or blend in small blender
130 cals for the whole thing!
I will also add some almond extract or lemon extract to jazz it up:)

Roast eggplant, tossed in a blender with roast garlic, paprika, cayenne, lemon juice and a touch of extra virgin olive oil. Eat it with fresh crudites, and it's pretty low-calorie while being really filling, too. When I made it, it came out at 224 calories.
