Hello everyone, today is my first day of my journey to a better and healthier me. I've tried several times to exercise and lose weight but always found it hard to stay motivated and focused. This site was recommended by a friend, and I was told that it is nice because I can monitor my progress.
Now that I can track what what I'm eating and learn how to eat healthy, I think this time I will make it to my goal.

Hello! This is an amazing site, I am so glad a friend of mine has invited me to join. I am looking so forward to an improved, healthier, and happier me!
