    Hey people if you really want some Chicken that bad. You know KFC has Grilled chicken. Anytime i wants some that's what I have. Grilled chiken with mashed potatoes no gravy and greenbeans it's under 400 cal. Yep that's lunch for me today, Thanks a lot.

    Hey people if you really want some Chicken that bad. You know KFC has Grilled chicken. Anytime i wants some that's what I have. Grilled chiken with mashed potatoes no gravy and greenbeans it's under 400 cal. Yep that's lunch for me today, Thanks a lot.
