60 year old....trying to get healthier for retirement...are there any other seniors here?

    Hi there, I will be 60 at the end of this month, though at heart I am 25 !!!!

    Nice to meet you. What a great time of life eh? Kids grown and gone, bills all paid, freedom on the horizon...what could be better!! well, ok, to not be fat and old. grin. so, here we go. I haven't decided if I am going to weigh or just use my many many size clothes as a guide. I have every size there is I think. well, good luck. count me in.
