Hello Everyone. I joined fitness pal to loose weight and get healthy. I don't have a lot of time for gyms so i though this could help. If anyone has any suggestions or workout ideas please let me know. Thank you

    Go on Amazon and check out some of the work out videos. I use Jackie Warner's one on one training with Jackie for strength training, it's awesome, bu there are so many others as well. Friend me if you need more advice

    If you're cramped for time you might want to try doing lunges, calf raises, push ups, sit ups, etc. throughout the day when you have a free moment. It all adds up really fast! I hear using commercial breaks to do jumping jacks is a great way to fit in some exercise while still watching your favorite shows.

    Thanks guys for the ideas. I really appreciate it. I hit the gym this morning for the first time in ever, so tired yet feeling great, glad i did this:D
