Hurray for boobies! Change your ticker... You've lost 18lbs... Whoo!!0

Great pics, thanks for sharing your progress.
As someone who has lost their boobs, I'm leery about losing anymore. I went from an F cup to a firm DD in a year. I'm happy about the fullness that I have now but i don't want to do down anymore if i can help it. My one pitfall was the fact that I was weight training which took a lot off my chest. I do recommend weight training but I've learned to stay away from chest press & bunch pressing.
Keep you the good work!0 -

I started MFP with 162..went up to 164 before I started losing..so yes 18..wonder how I would change that!?0 -
Got it changed. Thanks!
And as far as some of you saying you lost your boobs, were you working out? Lifting weights? So far I'm just losing weight because of my deficit..and those couple of months in the gym that jump started it all.0 -
You can really tell a difference in your midsection/face/arms/everywhere but boobs! I'm at about the same starting weight - thanks for the inspiration!!0

Thank you so much. I'm so excited about my boobs, I can't contain it. LOL I believe if I was to ever lose them, I would have to buy a pair.0 -

My boobs are always the first to go! My husband told me not even to lose weight because he wanted my boobs to stay...sorry Hubby, the rest of me needed the change! Gabi, you and I have really similar starting weights and end goals...good luck! you are doing great! I need to add more exercise to my routine so once the fat is gone, my muscles will be toned underneath. I tend to be lazy these days in that area. This will be my first time losing weight since I have technically been "over 40!" I have gained and lost the same 15 lbs for years now, but this time I got up to within 3 lbs of my 9 month pregnant weight and the scale shocked me into action. I had just been buying bigger pants and trying to convince myself that I was ok with the way I looked and felt but it was just a lie and a justification! I feel so much better even after just losing 16 lbs! I can't wait to get the rest off so I can feel even better!0
