Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

This recipe is so easy and it's so delicious and very low calorie too!!!

Ingredients

1 box spice cake mix
15 oz. canned pumpkin
1 cup chocolate chips

Directions
Combine all ingredients and drop by teaspoons onto cookie sheet. Bake for 12 minutes at 350 degrees. Super Easy!!

    Question....do you make the spice cake mix according to the directions on the box, or do you just use the cake mix & add the pumpkin, chips, stir.... Thanks! Kelly

    You just mix the cake mix, pumpkin and chocolate chips together. You don't premix the cake with eggs or anything. Just pour the dry cake mix into a bowl, and add the pumpkin and chocolate chips and stir until it's all mixed together!! They are super yummy!

    The same concept works with carrot cake...yummo! You can also make muffins by mixing devils food mix and pumpkin. AWESOME! I make them occasionally. I don't remember the nutritional value though. You can google the recipes. They're pretty popular. :)
