If you are looking at your potassium level based on MFP information, realize that it is completely wrong. Neither Canada nor the USA require potassium in the nutritional information for foods, so it is normally not included which means a lot of foods that have a good amount of potassium in them, show here as if they have none.0

If you have a water softener you can use potassium pellets in that to add some extra as well.0

This is all helpful info for me--for the opposite reason! My husband is in acute and chronic kidney failure and they say the potassium in his blood is destroying his remaining kidney tissue.0

Lots of tomato ingredients, so obviously tomatoes also. And raisins. I think dried fruit is relatively high based on weight/volume because it's dried and the nutrients are concentrated. Coconut water/cream.0
