Cheerios are my favorite, but I really like Chex too (usu rice or corn) and the bran flakes for breakfast this morning were pretty good too. Honestly, they don't have to be "health foods" to be healthy.

Trader Joe's High Fiber cereal is really high in fiber, low calorie and low sugar. With vanilla almond milk is pretty delicious!

that's my favorite cereal! (well if I want a healthy one anyways)

I LOVE the Special K Protein cereal. It is very lightly sweetened. It keeps me full longer than many denser foods because of the protein in it. A serving size is a good portion too. Throw some blueberries on top of it and it is certainly a real treat!

Another vote for Special K Protein here, although I always eat two servings (1.5 cups) for breakfast.

I really like Fiber One's 80 calorie chocolate kind. It has decent fiber and I believe it's only 4g of sugar for 3/4 cup.

And it makes your milk turn into chocolate milk

    Kashi - Go Lean

I love it... it's my go to snack. 1 cup with a 1/2 cup simply smart fat free milk is only 185 cal (37 Carb , 1 Fat , 18 Protein, 10g fiber) Very satisfying!!!!

Recently I've been on the 140 calorie Kashi with the increased protien. Slightly sweet, crunchy. I have it with super skim milk and go on with my day!
  • I've been advised by many different people to eat oatmeal instead of cereal. Works out great and I'm not as tired! :D

my fav cereal is honey nut cheerios

however my fav healthy kind is homemade granola...it isn't processed and i know exactly what goes into it. much more filling than cheerios. Waaaaay cheaper than boxed cereal too.
  • multigrain cheerios!

Absolutely go with the multi grains! They are lightly sweetened and you get a full cup for around 100calories. Very very tasty!

Another vote for the Fiber One Chocolate Squares. For hot cereal I like Steel Cut Oats sprinkled with brown sugar.

    Barbara's Shredded Spoonfuls.

It's organic, has 5g of sugar per serving, 4g of fiber, 120 calories. Has just the perfect amount of sweetness.
