hiya im nu - help and tips? really need to get motivated!

i really need to lose the weight but i need to keep motivated - and any hints/tips you can give me...thanks for any help!! x:flowerforyou:

    For me motivation is all about being positive...As soon as I start beating myself up over calories or how I look I give up. So just remember that each day is another chance to get healthier and skinnier!

    ok , start with a little planning. figure out where in the day you like to eat the most. what foods you cant live without. and incoorperate them into your daily cal goal. then maybe start slow go for a walk three times a week for 30 mins medium pace. see how you go! xxx just dont change everything you eat cos youll just be eating unnaturally for you and it will be too hard to keep doing for ages. xxx
