I recently discovered an amazing salad combination with NO DRESSING! :) Cuts those calories!!! :)

Let's just call it:

"NO DRESSING SALAD"

2 Cups - Baby Spinach (20 Calories)
1/8 Cup - Feta Crumbled Cheese (40 Calories)
1/3 Cup - All Natural Dried Cranberries (130 Calories)
1/6 Cup - All Natural Raw Almond Slices (90 Calories)
Total Yummy without the Fatty Dressing & Only 280 Calories! :)

Just had to share...

P.S. I really enjoy this even WITHOUT the Almonds! :)

Great! Hope you like it....I also had someone suggest squeezing lemon juice on it! :)

I squeeze a fresh lemon or lime over my salads... lime if I want a southwest kind of salad.

    Spinach or lettuce
    tomato
    green bell pepper
    onion
    cilantro
    baked chicken or turkey
    lime juice
and sometimes a sprinkle of part skim mozzerella or tapatio sauce..
    mmmmm

  • If you have a trader joes they sell a bean salsa that is only 15 calories a tablespoon. It has a touch of balsamic in it. I put two tablespoons on my salad and it needs no dressing, plus the beans are protein...SO yummy.
