    Just started my third week of StrongLifts 5x5. I successfully squatted my entire body weight at this morning's session. I can't wait to see what the results will be at the end of week 10!

    My Zumba class last semester had weight lifting in it and I just loved it!
    sadly the one i'm taking this semester does not :(

    Lifting is definitely in my future... never lifted as exercise before but previously had a very physically active job, and used to be able to lift full beer kegs above shoulder height. Now I'm a pansy. Back to lifting! (made my boobs perkier, too...)
