Me too!0 -
I wasn't planning too ... but I think it'll end up being a free for all this weekend. I'm still new at this so the self-discipline when it comes to eating isn't stellar.
That being said, I've been good all week!!!0 -

I'm taking a free day Monday. We are off Tuesday for Mardi Gras and I'm taking Monday off so I can have a 4 day weekend, the kids are out of school all next week for Mardi Gras. Monday the kids want to go a local Mexican restaurant for lunch. I'm going to try to eat as healthy as one can in a Mexican restaurant but I know I'll go over for the day. Spending time with my two teenage boys is totally worth it though. I'm just happy that they want to spend time with me even if they are getting a free meal out of it lol.0

Well tomorrow is my rest day, but I'll eat as I usually do, only will try to stay at my original calorie goal, UNLESS I decide to build some snow sculptures with my hubs-to-be. That will definitely burn some calories and it will be fun to do art with snow!0

I travel on the weekends a lot due to work and finding good choices can be a little tough. I agree, having a day of not being so strict on my eating has helped my stay focused and balanced all so.0

I'm trying to do the Body for Life program which lets you have a free day once a week!!0

My free day was yesterday. I had been craving a Reuben all week, so that was my lunch. I ate cookies with the kids... When I entered it all in, I was shocked at how many calories I ate. I was ok with it though because I needed that. Stepped on the scale this morning, figuring the weight gain would motivate me (even if it was bloat from sodium), and I has lost two pounds! I guess my body needed the reminder I am not out to starve it.0

No. I could easily undo an entire week with a single free day.0

It's Chinese New Year weekend here. It's going to be a "free" weekend, rather than just a day. But I'll definitely try and keep it at least at maintenance cals Wish me luck! XD0

Wednesday's are definitely my free days. I don't go to the gym on those days so I find it extra relaxing. I still watch what I eat though. Tonight I had Chinese food as a treat because I haven't eaten any junk food in about two weeks. It's good to have a free day every once in a while or once a week0

Just got invited out for chinese new years with my friends big Indonesian family...I have 1300 cals left for dinner...still pretty sure I'll be over, Chinese new year is worse than Christmas for me food wise -.-
Very excited all the same0 -
Yes, but it was an accident.0

Probably a free meal on Sunday...we are going out with friends to celebrate our anniversaries t o a good western style steakhouse. So I will eat lots of protein.....0
-
I think I will save my free day for my birthday and then I will have a steak and potato and a small piece of cake.
My husband is away at work, he will miss my birthday and valentines day so I will be careful in the calories but have my favorites.0 -
I think I might take Saturday off but most likely not. Working out is the only thing that keeps me sane sometimes.0

This appears to be my theme this weekend. I was 800 calories over today and tomorrow is bar night so I must eat natchos and have a few Long Island ice teas right?0
-
Maybe not a free day...but I think tomorrow I'll have a piece of cake at my daughter-in-laws baby shower tomorrow. I'm throwing it, and I'll probably burn off enough calories cleaning house to make up for it! I've stayed under my calorie limit ever since I started this on Jan 18, and I've lost 11 lbs! :flowerforyou:0

Last weekend was a free weekend for me so I am back on the wagon! And 2 pounds down!!! :bigsmile:0
