25lbs to go and then I'd like to bulk up some muscle but this is me so far, day Feb 9, 2009 and then today (it's my birthday woot!). Ran my first 5K today (official) so I'm pretty happy with my progress. ****The pic is too wide to show up all the way but the link below has it.
