Recommended YouTube Videos?

Good morning - I have organized some space in my home to work-out and am now complete with mirrors, mat, some hand weights and a stability ball. Can anyone recommend any You Tube videos or related files on what I do with them now? I would need some good basic work-outs for starters, focusing on upper body, core strength, abs and thighs (heck, why don't I just say ALL muscle groups?). I have the 30-day shred videos, but looking for something else to switch it up with.
My cardiovascular portion is usually looked after with walking, I am looking to add weight training to my routine. Thanks for your tips!

You should check out Starting Strength or New Rules of Lifting for Women. As for YouTube
videos, the Befit Channel has a good 90 day program. I enjoyed it. The have a new, more advanced one, but I haven't tried it yet. They also have a good core program and various and sundry other videos and segments. I've heard good things about body rock.tv, but haven't personally tried it.0 -
Thank you, Jen!0

It's good to mix it up with some challenging yoga once a week, too. Try the free podcasts on yogajournal.com. Good stuff, use it every week! Take care and hugs!0
