30 DAY SHRED/ INSANITY!

Hiya! :) So so far in February I've been doing the Banish Fat Boost Metabolism video by Jillian Michaels & it’s difficult and everything, I literally have sweat dripping off of my face but I don’t know if I should go ahead and start insanity. I planned on starting insanity in march so I would be more physically strong before i started but I just wish I was seeing more results :/ I'm really hoping to reach my goal weight my July. I finished the 30 day shred last month. what do you guys think? Should I go ahead and do insanity or wait? :flowerforyou: :smile:

  • I went from Shred to insanity, the cardio's much harder but you just have to pace yourself and not try to keep up with the guys on the DVD. Done 6 days so far and loving it but boy is it hard. Makes you feel great afterwards though. Go for it!!!
