Fudge Banana Brownies--51 calories per serving

Fudge Banana Brownies
Ingredients:
2 riped bananas, smashed
1 c. all natural, unsweetened applesauce
1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 c. flax seed mill
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. pure vanilla
dash salt
optional: 1/4 c. Dark Chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350^. In a small bowl smash bananas and add in applesauce, stirring well. Add the dry ingredients, stirring well. If too dry add water 1 Tbsp at a time (I didn't need to add any). Stir in chocolate chips. Spread into an 8x8 pan. Bake 25-30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean(watch closely). Let cool completely on counter before cutting. Cut into 16 brownies.

Just made these, pretty good for healthy brownies, I did 25 minutes and the middle poked clear, but the middle ones were pretty soft, would go 30 min next time.0
