leaderzzz .... no.... photoshop is not my type of thing lollll Strict diet and I had a great background of weight lifting training, so I guess that help to get back in shape real quick.

Scale did not change, varie between 218 - 220 lbs, but I lost 2 and half inches to my belt.

First picture has been taken by my girlfriend... I think she was disparate to see I bad was my physique.... and **** I felt so depress when I saw this picture.

Counting Calories with MFP app on my Android was one of the key to stay strict in my diet.

Thanks davebsmm, my calorie are so low. between 1500 - 1800 cal wich pay off.

Losing weight that quick ... main that I can re-gain it easily.

henkemonica --- tattoo is on my right arm.... when someboday take picture of you.... it's still on the right arm. When you take a picture of yourself in the mirror it's show on the left arm... that is what we call ''Mirror effect''
