Also good in scrambled eggs and omelets.0

I like the blue cheese with buffalo flavored pretzel crisps! But I have to measure them out or I would eat the entire bag and wheel of laughing cow!0
-
Special K multigrain crakers...you can eat like 24 crakers for 100 calories...and it is sooooooooooo good!0
-
A glass of wine with some crackers.0

Dip pretzels into it. Put on egg sandwiches. Top crackers with it. Eat as is! I'm not a fan of eating it with veggies either.0

I eat mine with pretzels, crackers, or I use it on wraps.0

I had my hubbie buy some Laughing Cow Swiss today. He bought one of those packages that contains 8 small wedges.
I tasted it with a stalk of celery, and it really didn't taste that good to me.
At the moment, my next idea/alternative would be on an English muffin instead of butter for breakfast. I might even add some Marmite just to give it a kick of flavor.
Sooo, I was wondering...How do you eat your Laughing Cow Creamy Swiss cheese?
I often have those on toast (no butter or spread, just the cheese spread), one wedge per slice, tasty little snacks.0 -
I've used it as "cooking creme" and added a few garlic and herb wedges to marinara sauce for pasta.0
-
I use it on my turkey sandwiches in place of mayo.
Egg sandwiches, too.0 -
I spread the LC Swiss on bread for sandwiches.
Their cream cheeses are pretty tasty on bagels and English muffins.0 -
I actually like the other flavors of Laughing Cow Light cheese better... the sundried tomato and creamy garlic are really good. I dip Special K Cracker Chips in them... 30 chips for 110 calories....35 or 70 calories for 1 or 2 wedges of laughing cow. Regardless, it's a great snack for under 200! Also like Laughing Cow in scrambled eggs!0

I eat them right out the foil.. with nothing.. I am weird like that.
Same here! Love 'em!0 -
I make chicken cordon bleu with it.0
-
I spread one over the top of a sizzling, rib steak...heavenly:)0
-
I spread them on wasa crackers. That makes a surprisingly filling snack.0
-
I like the sundried tomato one on multigrain crackers.
But all these other comments are making me HUNGRY!0 -
the laughing cow comes in many different types. I like to put it in my eggs instead of using cheese. or I use it as cream cheese for a bagel thin. I feel it would be good to good with instead of cheese.0

It looks as though I will be able to find many tasty choices for my little cheese spread wedges. Thank you all so very much.
Have a blessed Sunday. I will check back on this post...later...after church and lunch with my hubbie.0 -
I like the strawberry cream cheese on toast of on a graham cracker (cheesecake!).0

With crackers. I used to not like it...then quit smoking and my taste buds have become tar free so finding I like a lot more foods I never knew I liked. I eat it by itself sometimes too lol...I love cheese lol0

The CREAM CHEESE flavored laughing cow wedges are much nicer.0 -

Sometimes with crackers, or spread on a sandwich. Otherwise take advantage of the fact it sort of doesn't really melt...

I like spreading mine on a Flat Out wrap and putting southwestern egg beaters in it, like a breakfast burrito. Also spread on Sundried tomato basil wheat thins. Yum!!0
-
I top my baked potatoes with a wedge.0
-
I spread mine on Wasa - Crisp'n Light 7 Grain crackers. You get 3 of them for 70 calories and then I sprinkle different spices on each one to make them each taste different. Very good!0
