First half stone

I joined MFP on 7th January and just over a month later have lost my first 7lb.

I know it is not as good an achievement as some of the before and after pictures on here, but I am still really proud of it.

Hopefully this time next month I will have lost my first stone.

    7lbs is amazing for a month! I never lose that fast. The only time I did was in the Summer hols (I'm a teacher) and I spent the whole time running round after my 2 young kids as they do a term-time only contract at nursery!

    Well done! I have just reached the same stage. First time I have ever managed to lose weight! Its a great feeling.
