    It took just under a year, I didn't put pressure on myself to lose weight quickly, I just chilled out, went swimming and lost weight :bigsmile:

    I'm trying to look at my eating better as a change in life rather than a diet and take my time too. Very inspirational to see positive results happen when you just stick with something - thanks for sharing :)

    Definitely, I haven't eaten meat for a long time but didn't always eat the right things...
    I have definitely found the journey educational.
