30 day shred success stories

Hi! I'm doing JM's 30 DS and loving it. I'm on level 1, day 6. I don't really need to lose weight, but definitely need to turn some excess body fat into lean muscle. I was shocked when I measured myself yesterday - I had lost 3 1/2 inches one week after starting 30 DS, most of it in my hips! I would love to hear, or see pictures, of other MFP users success with 30 DS. Weight loss or inches lost?
