I'm curious what mine are... how do I check? Thanks!
go to add a food and underneath the search bar you'll see add from favourites and you can click on whatever it says breakfast lunch or dinner and change it to all meals and the top 5 on the list are the foods you log most often xx

Oh and skimmed milk. I save enough for a cup of warm skimmed milk before bed but I never drank it before I started cutting down!

Actually, I have way more than 5...I tend to eat a lot of the same stuff day in and day out, at least for breakfast and my snacks. My lunches change up with leftovers from the night before and my dinners are usually different.
