My goal weight is based on my frame. This website helps you measure your body frame whether small, medium or large. http://www.superskinnyme.com/body_type_calculator.html. then this website tells you what weight you should be for your height and frame. http://www.superskinnyme.com/ideal_weight_calculator.html. I am a large frame and should be in the 143-163 range. I figured 155 was smack dab in the middle.0 -

I cant remember when I started using this program but I've used it on and off for awhile now.
Current stats:
- 26 years
- starting weight: 185 (my heaviest was 216)
- current weight. 171
- goal weight: 150
I was able to get town to 160 last spring while training for a half marathon but got a knee injury and put it back on. I'm training for my second half marathon now and following a strengthening program so I'm hoping to find the same results without the injury. Ive learned that the number on the scale isn't everything. So my goals right now...to run a 9:30 minute a mile pace and just feel good in my body!0 -

It has been a steady 20 to 30 pound weight loss...then letting my body getting used the new weight....exercise....counting calories and steps......nutritionally dense foods combined with low calorie high volume foods added to my meals (like spinach, greens beans, chopped lettuce under my favorite meals) and now want the last 20 pounds to be toned and gone forever0 -

I have only been on MFP the last few months to get to where I want to be, But I have taken in slow, over 2 years and the weight has stayed off. I think that is the key, you didn't gain all the weight in a month and you can't expect you body to drop it in that time either.0 -

I started 7 months ago and the weight loss has now slowed to a crawl since the New Year, so definitely not losing as fast as I once did. However I've started strength training as being strong and toned is more important to me than the scale number now.
My goal at the moment is 165, and once I reach that I'll aim for my ultimate goal weight of 150.0 -
