    Dan is our alpha and omega of weight loss. :flowerforyou: He knows what he is talking about and helps everyone. As well as all that, he is a genuinely nice and funny guy.

    There are also leads of other members out there who are knowledgeable and helpful as well. Big love to all of you!

    I went to a trainer, a nutritionist, read countless articles and it was only when I came to MFP and read Dan's IPOARM, and came across heybales spreadsheet and Sidesteel's advice did I finally understand the concept of Fat Loss and not just weight loss. I still sometimes meander but all I need to do is read the IPOARM, go back to heybales spreadsheet and I get myself straightened out again!!!
