Heart rate monitor?

Okay, I've been looking into getting a heart rate monitor, but most of the ones I've seen have been over a $100, which is a little high for me at the moment. So, I was wondering if anyone had some suggestions for a good heart rate monitor that was under $100?

I have a Polar FT7. I found it online last year for $89.00. I am very happy with it.0
