Not from England but my girlfriend is. We are also doing this 5:2 diet, it's really good. I'm not good at fasting but this is easy because you know exactly when you're going to eat, and it's only a day at a time.

    hi from fife

    Hello from another (honorary) Fifer.

I'm really more of an Edinburgh lady, but Dunfermline housing prices are much more affordable!

I'm in Suffolk and have also been doing it for two weeks. This is my third. I expect to be here a year or so as I have a fair bit to lose but cannot exercise, due to health issues; so I have to take it slow.... So if you are up for it, my wife and I would like to pal-up with you. Is that OK?

    Cheers,

    John.

I am a transplanted Brit, living in Florida. Hoping to move back to the UK. I have been with MFP since 31st March, 2012, and have lost 107" and 52lb. Still quite a way to go, but still going after 306 days.
