    Basic spirits are normally the best. Vodka, Brandy, Whiskey, Gin, etc.

    Check out the range of Skinny Girl cocktails, less than 100 calories per glass & champagne at around 80 calories per glass, its my drink of choice

    Stick to the spirits and diet mixers or soda water for lowest calories. :)

    Red wines are not that bad and provide more health benefits than Vodka and Bourbon! LOL

    Wines that tend to have greater health benefits vs. non are red and dry....start with Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, or Merlot. Not everyone likes these. Luckily for me, these are some of my favorite ones.

    Anyone know what the calories are in Barcardi, Vodka or Malibu?. I felt like a Baileys the other night and was horrified to hear that a 50ml measure contains 170 calories.

    Love rum and coke zero personally...60 calories with 1 shot of rum

    The Barefoot Pinot Noir I drink has about 122 calories per 5oz glass.
