Having trouble losing weigt!

Hi everyone,

I'm a college student/transplant patient who is wanting to lose 20lbs. I started myfitnesspal about 3 weeks ago. My daily calorie goal/intake is 1280 (which by the end of the day i'm a little under), workouts 3 days a week and weight loss goal is 1 pound a week . I started at 136 and in the first week i lost 3 pounds, now i have stayed 133 for a good two weeks. Is there any advice anybody could give me as to why i'm staying the same weight? Thank you so much.

    I was stalled for a while but when i boosted my callories to 1500 the number started to shift. Weight comes off slower when we're close to goal weight. Trying to speed it up doesnt help your body any. You could also try to set your calories to maintinence weight for the weight you want to be and your body will drop the excess lbs until it gets there.
