I'm in and done... ouch lol Did a full mix of circles; side front and backwards, front mixed(felt a little like the karate kid (original movie, wax on, wax off hahah). I carry all my tension in my shoulders and neck, this was not a pain free challenge hahahah... but worth it, thanks!0

Thanks for a great challenge that can be done at work. I completed two set of 200. One set this morning with 100 forward, hour later 100 backward. Set two was this afternoon again with the spacing out. I work on a computer all day, so I loved how this stretched out my usually stiff and sore shoulder and neck. Will have to remember to just try to do this daily to help with the stiffness!0
